money matters Kitty Cottage has many significant, on-going expenses,
such as rent, utilities and veterinary bills. Then there are other
expenses: for office supplies, our internet connection, cleaning
supplies,
etc. Our monthly budget is about $13,000.
We sure need your donations, whether they're large or small!
Any amount you can give will be happily accepted! If

Your cancelled check meets the IRS requirements for substantiating donations under $250.00, but if you would like a written receipt too, please let us know. If your donation is $250.00 or more, you will automatically receive a written receipt from us. We'd also love to have you stop by our adoption center to see our beautiful cats, and make a donation in person.
We also accept cat carriers, new cat toys, blankets, cat beds, condos and trees for our kitties.
Kitty Cottage has benefitted greatly from the Genuardi's register tape program! Genuardi's Family Markets Community Cashback Program for local charities has changed. Instead of saving your register receipts and mailing them to us, you can now register your Genuardi's grocery club card, and Kitty Cottage will automatically receive a donation from Genuardi's of up to 3% of your monthly card purchases, deposited directly into our bank account! And it's not only Genuardi's! We urge you to register your debit and credit cards too, because Pep Boys, Eddie Bauer, Spiegel, Safeway and other stores are participating too. Help Kitty Cottage and help save the environment! Bring your used inkjet and laser printer cartridges to Kitty Cottage, and through their recycling we will receive much-needed funds. The use of inkjet cartridges is increasing rapidly; 92% of empty inkjet cartridges (one million each day) end up in landfill…that’s 5,000 tons every month. In an effort to keep this plastic out of our landfills, RecycleFirst offers programs for recycling inkjet and laser printer cartridges. We have also instituted a program where we can recycle your old cell phones (any make, any model) for cash.
