Hi
Kitty Cottage - My husband and I adopted
Balboa on 11/18/07 and it was such a
wonderful decision. I wanted to write you
and let you know that Balboa was the
perfect fit to our life. He is a little
rascal and keeps us on our toes! He is
such the snuggle-bug and purr's 90% of the
day. He is fascinated by bubble baths and
will actually hang over the tub while I am
in it and dunk his paws right into the
water. He LOVES to play with the bubbles
and can't figure out where they go when
they disappear! He also jumps into the
shower when we get out and lays in the
water! Who knew he liked water! He is
totally spoiled and received so many toys
and treats from Santa this year that he is
set for a long time! He enjoys sleeping
with us about half the night and always
wants to play at 3am! If we move our foot
the slightest bit, he jumps about 2 feet
in the air as he pounces on them. Around
5am every morning, he cuddles as close to
my face as possible and rubs his nose on
mine, tickles my face with his whiskers
and kneads my face with his
paw.....because he knows he is getting fed
at 6:30am with the alarm goes off! He
knows EXACTLY what the alarm
means! And boy is he a talker! I swear he
knows exactly what we say and he ALWAYS
answers us! He is the cutest thing! He
goes through his 7pm hyper stage where he
runs all through the house, up and down
the stairs and it sounds like a herd of
elephants are running around! He greets
us at the door every night when we come
home from work. He has been a wonderful
additional to our lives! We have
shortened his name to Bo, when when he
does something bad, we call him by his
full name, Balboa!
