We've had Carrie for almost a year. You
probably wouldn't recognize her now, even
though I know she was well cared for at the
Kitty Cottage. When we got her she had
terrible, bleeding feline acne under her chin,
but the absence of stress has cleared that up
completely. She's put on some weight
(although not a lot) and no longer feels
emaciated when you pick her up. Her fur is
shiny, soft and silky. She even lets me brush
her from time to time and will play with you
for short periods of time if you wiggle a
string or stick. Attached is a photo of
Carrie doing what she does best...sleeping
happily on my husband's lap, and also one of
her snuggling up to her favorite appliance,
our baseboard heater. Of all the cats I've
owned, I think she purrs the loudest! Thanks
again for saving her for us. She's a
wonderful pet.
