I wanted to write and let you know how Teddy is adjusting to his new home. He's been here a couple months now and more than owns the place. By the end of the first night, he was sitting in my lap and sleeping with me. He is such a gentle cat and a pleasure to have around. I took him for his first vet visit right after I got him and he put all the other animals to shame! He slept in the waiting room, in the exam room, in the car...!

    As he's become more adjusted he's started showing his mischievous side more and more- especially if he feels I am paying more attention to my guinea pig than to him! He will run around the apartment playing with his toys or jump up on counters to re-direct my attention. He has also become very vocal if I don't serve him his breakfast quickly enough!

    Teddy just had a great Christmas holiday. He loved batting around Christmas bows and jingle bells while I was wrapping presents. I'm sure I will be finding those behind the furniture for months to come! But- typical Teddy- he had no problem making himself comfortable on a stranger's lap when visitors stopped by. He's become very popular with my friends. Thank you so much for taking care of him and allowing me to make him part of my family.
