KCAC’s mission is;

​

• To facilitate adoptions by housing the cats in a cage-free, home-like shelter where adopters and cats can interact and thus be matched up more effectively than if the cats were restricted to cages

• To emphasize the importance of spaying and neutering through community awareness and education 

• To assist people with 

  • trap/neuter/return activities for feral cats by lending them traps 

  • recommending veterinarians who offer low-cost spay/neuter
